The narrow, sloping street features civil architecture typical of the local nobility, characterized by robust stone and granite masonry facades, often devoid of excessive ornamentation, which denotes the original defensive character of the medieval fortress houses in this region. The balconies with wrought iron railings and windows protected by grilles are elements that were gradually introduced as the strictly military function gave way to palatial residential use during the 15th and 16th centuries. In the background, the silhouette of a tower stands out, a symbol of the power of the aristocratic families who inhabited the area. The irregular stone pavement maintains the authenticity of the original road layout, guiding the eye along the route that connects key areas of the citadel.
